MJPtaque is the artistic name of Marcin J. Jasiak, and his solo musical exploration.

The project has matured over time and has advanced into a modulated search for musical emotions, expressed by electronically nurtured music.

Through Ableton Live, guitar, sounds of nature and what-not, MJPtaque’s music explores stories and expresses them through musical sentiments, however they may creatively come to lif(v)e. Modally, through sound design, melodies, harmonies, variations of sort and the lack of thereof…

The objective is to have no limits, no limitations, no limes inferior…And be both in the possession and be possessed by the creative paradoxes.

The idea is to share the music via likeminded communities, personal contacts, mutual listening, collabs, and whatever the new means and ideas might be.

It will also function as an open-ended blog, re-counting the ideas that led to the creation of the musical pieces…
